  6. Take another bowl and add condensed milk and Powdered sugar and mix it well then add 3 Spoon butter into it
  7. Then mix it well with the butter and add 3 Spoon oil into it and mix well
  8. Take the full Fat milk and add vanilla Essence and vinegar to it and mix it well
  9. Add the full Fat milk batter into condensed milk batter and also add the powdered ingredients into it
  10. Mix it all by using cut and fold method
  11. Take a cake mold and grease it with oil and dust some Maida into it
  12. Add the batter into the cake mold and add it into the preheated cooker
  13. Bake it for 20 minutes in low flame
  14. See the cake is ready
  15. Keep it out till the cake comes to room temperature then demold it
